My stay at the hotel was phenomenal! The rooms were modern and attractive, equipped with everything new and in working order, and exceptionally clean. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to guide us to the hotel. The location was fantastic, especially for our visit to the UK hospital. The dining experience was great with lots of choices and a very hospitable staff. Overall, a wonderful stay with superb value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly clean and bright, with comfortable beds. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I stayed in a suite, which was immaculate and very spacious, making my experience enjoyable overall.
Upon arrival, one room was already cool when I got there, and it was really clean and bright with good lighting. The great breakfast added a nice touch. The service was a bit mixed, with the AGM who seemed unprofessionally attired and poorly trained, except for the standout Trevyn who was very helpful and friendly. The location was superb, being close to UK hospital and with easy access to everything.
